Future Diversity Activities

Because each person is unique, they each approach people and events in a way that is natural for them. These methods embody our individual strengths. Each Extension employee will complete the Gallop Strengths Finders Survey. The survey identifies our strengths. A database will be developed to show our diversity in strengths. The survey will help develop personalized employee development goals so employees’ strengths can be developed further. The strengths database will also give Extension the ability to provide opportunities for employees to gain actual experience by assigning projects to people with the most appropriate strengths.
