The UCR Career Center is actively involved in a wide range of diversity activities. Activities are integrated throughout the services provided by the career center including student programming, job and internship opportunities for students and communication with other departments on campus. Well over half of our counseling clients and workshop participants are non-white, first generation students. All of our workshops account for the diversity of our audience and address it directly and indirectly during counseling and seminars.
